Strengh and invulnerability wise, WW takes the win, but power wise Jean has very few who can match her. It's all a matter of who gets the upper hand first.

I love Wonder Woman, but if you just go by powers and not situation, Jean Grey is a telepath and has telekinesis. She could hold WW in place, distract her mentally and strangle her without laying a hand on her or ever having to get close. It could be over in seconds. I like WW more though.
